Hand him a mic and the room turns into a story.
Parag Pansuriya is an anchor, host and master of ceremonies from Surat. His bio calls him a storyteller, and it shows: one evening he runs haldi games, the next he recites Gujarati poetry to a hushed hall or leads a night of Krishna bhajans.
He hosts in Gujarati and Hindi, reads a room quickly and keeps it laughing. Between segments you might hear verses by Krishna Dave, Khalil Dhantejvi or Ramdhari Singh Dinkar, followed by a game that pulls guests out of their chairs and onto the stage.
